This decision was announced in a joint meeting of socio-cultural and research directors and international cooperation of Tabriz University and Khoy Municipality and the directors of Shams Tabrizi, which was held in Shahid Bakri Hall of Tabriz University.

            Jafarpour, Director of Shams Tabrizi, in this meeting, which was held to review solutions and further cooperation regarding the 8th International Conference of Shams and Rumi at the University of Tabriz, signed a memorandum of understanding "from Birth to Burial (Tomb) of Shams" late East Azerbaijan and with his proposal was signed by the mayors and governors of Tabriz and Khoy, considered it one of the most important and worthy events and said: Khoy managers and officials are still committed to this memorandum and we believe in addition to interests to economic and cultural ties The subject of Shams Tabrizi is one of the most important common chapters to deepen ties. 

           Lotfi, Communications Director of Khoy Islamic Council and Municipality, in this meeting, the continuous holding of scientific conferences of Shams and Rumi and other cultural programs in this field is a basic introduction to the approval of the eight hundredth anniversary of the meeting of Shams and Rumi in 2022 and 2023 AD. The public of UNESCO member countries stated the certainty of holding joint scientific and cultural programs in the Shams and Rumi seminaries by Tabriz and Khoy, especially the coordination and cooperation of Tabriz University in this field will enrich the programs more. 

    Hojjatoleslam Hamidi, the social director of Tabriz University, in this meeting, described the connection between the university and the Shams Tabrizi Institute of Khoy Municipality in holding the Shams and Rumi International Conference as a happy event and said: "The policy of Tabriz University is to welcome and cooperate in holding scientific events."

           Dr. Majnuni, Research Director of Tabriz University, also announced the readiness of Tabriz University to hold the 8th International Conference on Shams and Rumi, to hold a pre-conference of this international event at Tabriz University, and to create an exhibition of content products about Rumi and Shams also suggested holding specialized meetings in this field before holding the main conference on 29 and 30 September.

           Dr. Shojaei, Director of International Cooperation of Tabriz University, in this meeting, considered the scientific and cultural relations of Tabriz University with scientific centers of 18 countries as the most important capacity of this university to hold the international event of the Shams and Rumi Conference and said: to protect scientific honors and the culture of our country, especially Shams and Rumi, has been decorated as one of the most important calls of Tabriz University since last year, called Shams Tabrizi, which will continue according to the policies of the university.

  Dr. Shojaei considered it necessary to establish a connection between the scientific and executive secretariat of this event and Persian language teaching chairs in neighboring and neighboring countries to hold the Shams and Rumi International Conference as well as possible and said: Tabriz University International Cooperation Management Collaborations will do the necessary.
